Harold has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, sales, marketing, and business development in six industries. He is a fourth-generation Oakland resident and earned a BA in African American Studies from UC Berkeley, and an MA in Public Administration from California State University Eastbay. Harold specializes in working with African American families, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
He is currently a Board member of Oakland Lacrosse, Pro Arts Gallery, and Oakland Rotary, and has previous served on over 20 boards and commissions.
Harold lives in Oakland with his wife, Andrea (also a lifelong resident), and their three children, Taylor, Harold Lowe IV, and Daniel.
